Guest Ratings & Reviews
When I arrived, they placed me in a room near the elevator lobby, which was a bit small despite what I paid. However, I did appreciate the convenience of booking it online. The service was a mixed bag - some staff weren't sympathetic to my concerns, but one kind gentleman saved the day with umbrellas during a sudden downpour. The location was excellent for visiting the nearby University and hospital, surrounded by essential amenities. The dining options weren't anything special, though the breakfast seemed like a good choice. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it served its purpose for my short stay.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and quiet, clean, and very comfortable, although there was a slight smell of cigarettes. The service was top-notch, with professional and welcoming staff who were quick to respond to our needs, even late at night when our kid spilled juice. The location was perfect for exploring the area, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The dining experience was better than most hotels, although the restaurant was a bit expensive. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money.
The hotel had a comfortable and quiet room with a nice bed and a great pool, but cleanliness could be improved. The service was friendly and helpful, offering coffee, fruit, and soft drinks. The location was incredibly convenient, close to West Philly, University City, 30th St, and Center City. The dining experience was better than most hotels but could offer more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor areas for enhancement.
